Payment & Booking Policy:
1. For all the bookings confirmation with 100% advance payment.
2. We would require 100% advance payment for bookings made for November, December and January, due to the high peak season.
3. Once the booking is confirmed, vouchers will be issued with suggested trip details & hotel reservation/transportation services, which may change with/without prior notice to the client.
4. Once you receive the hotel/tent/camp/resort/transportation confirmation from our staff, the client can reconfirm with the hotel/tent/camp/resort/transportation’s agent/driver for their reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
1. No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs.
2. No refund for booking made from 15th December to 15th January.
3. Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.
4. All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through Cheque or online transfer.
5. If cancelled any services from 00 to 10 days before the check-in/travel date 96% booking amount will be charged.
6. If cancelled any services from 11 to 20 days before the check-in/travel date 65% booking amount will be charged.
7. If cancelled any services from 21 to 30 days before the check-in/travel date 25% booking amount will be charged.
